Redmond Derby Days Dash 5k

**YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE DASH ON SUNDAY!**

Participant fees after July 12:

• Adult (13 yrs and up) walk-in registration-$35
  
• Youth (12 yrs and under) walk-in registration-$20

Note: Participants must register in person at the event site on the day of the race if they have not registered online before online registration closes on July 12.

• 7:45 AM: Check-in tables open. Go here to collect your race packets (t-shirt, race bib, and timing chip)
  
• 9:00 AM: 5K Race/Walk begins
  
• Wheelchairs and baby joggers allowed for jogger and walker groups, but please no dogs, bicycles, rollerblades, etc.

The Dash starts and finishes in the southwest corner of the Redmond Town Center Shopping Mall Complex on the Sammamish River trail, across from Bear Creek Parkway at NE 74th St.

PARKING: Please park in the parking garage near the west entrance to the Redmond Town Center Mall.

Posted signs will direct you to parking locations as well as the start/finish line.

• The 5k course is beautifully laid out along the paved Sammamish River Trail.
  
• Competitive racers will find a course that is flat, fast, and USATF certified.
  
• A professional timing company will be on hand to record official finish times and allocate prizes for the top finishers in each age category.
  
• The Dash is also tailored to groups of family and friends who wish to show their support for The Dash's cause by walking or jogging.
  
• The race format will have multiple waves of participants, so everyone will have a pacing group that is perfect for them!
  

For participants interested in being professionally timed, your race packets containing your race bib and timing chip will be ready for you to collect on event day (i.e. Sunday, July 15) at the registration check-in tables.

If you prefer to collect your race packet during the week leading up to the race, please read the following instructions closely.

• If you registered online BEFORE 11:59PM on Friday, July 6:
  
You may pick up your packet from Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Kirkland, WA on Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 13 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM.
You may also pick up your packet from Lake Washington Physical Therapy on Saturday, July 14 between 7AM - Noon.


• If you registered online AFTER 11:59PM on Friday, July 6:
  
You may pick up your packet from Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Kirkland, WA on Saturday, July 14 between 7AM - Noon.


• Are you having someone else collect your timing packet for you? If so, please email the race director (info@RedmondDash.com) at least 24 hours before your acquaintance will collect your packet. Please send your authorizing message from the the email address that you used in your online registration. We are unable to release your timing packet to your acquaintance without the written permission.
