Race Day Information |
Race/Walk starts and finishes at Journey Church located off Tecumseh Road between I-35 and 36th Street), and there will be free parking available at Journey Church or across the street at the HealthPlex.
7:00 AM: Race Day Registration (t-shirts will be limited) and chip pick-up
8:00 AM: 5K Run
9:00 AM: 1 mile run/walk
9:30 AM: Kids' Costume Judging

Chip Timing Information |
Chip timing will be used at this event.
Chips may be picked up on race day near registration with your race number.
You must wear a chip to be timed.
Chips must be surrendered before leaving the finish area.

Prizes and Awards |
5K run:
Top three overall male and female in each age category will receive medals.
Kids' costume judging:
1st overall boy and girl will receive awards in the following age groups: under 5 years of age, 5-12 years of age

Community Benefit |
The event is organized by the Junior League of Norman (JLN). JLN is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
The League's projects include: Baby Steps, Done in a Day, and Food for Kids.
