Registration includes to-die-for race shwag, post race snacks and libations. A portion of each entry is donated to Jefferson Public Radio. www.ijpr.org

Course |
Race starts at the Mount Ashland Ski Lodge and climbs for a half mile to the summit of Mount Ashland. Runners then descend down the backside of Mount Ashland on road 300 for the remaining 2.6 miles, looping around on road 20 to the finish at the Mount Ashland Ski Lodge.

Participants can register on-line at www.mta5k.com through July 22, at Rogue Valley Runners or on race day ($5 extra on race day). Packet pick-up will be held on race day at the ski area rental shop from 8:15 - 8:45 AM.
