Rolf Prima Tri at the Grove

USAT-sanctioned Sprint and Olympic distance races on scenic lake and rural road courses. Individual and relay team options. Race was created with the racer in mind: calm lake swim and low-to-no traffic courses for the bike and run.

Sprint course:
750 meter swim, 12 mile bike and 5km run.

Olympic course:
1,500 meter swim, 25 mile bike and 10km run

From Eugene, take I-5 South for approximately 22 miles to Exit 172. Upon exiting I-5, turn left (east) at the end of the off ramp and travel east on 6th Street/London Road for approximately 3.5 miles to Lakeside Park. Turn left into Lakeside Park. Free event parking.

*Age group placement is determined by the age of a competitor on 12/31/2011

Relay teams can consist of two or three members. Team categories are: All Male, All Female, Co-Ed, and High School and Corporate. As one relay team member finishes a leg, they will then hand off the team's timing chip to the next team member in the transition zone.

Age Group and Relay Category winners will receive prizes. All participants will be eligible for random prize drawings. Additional award categories include: Athena, Clydesdale and Relay.

Please remember to bring your photo identification and USAT membership card to packet pickup.
USAT rules clearly state, "NO ID, NO RACE."
