In Honor of National Women's Health Week, we invite you to join Every Step Counts and Forest Park Center For Family Resources as we celebrate health & fitness with Zumba For The Cause! Zumba is a Latin-inspired fitness program that blends red-hot international music with fun, easy moves that get your heart thumping and your booty shaking! Be a part of Zumba with us and Xtreme Zumba Fitness taking healthy steps to help end violence against women and children and attempt to set the record for theLARGEST ZUMBA CLASS IN THE WORLD*!
*The event is registered with Guinness World Records
Funds raised will be used to support campus awareness, violence prevention and intervention programs and services
