ACPU Membership 2010 - 2011

The mission of the ACPU shall be to provide a forum facilitating cooperation and the exchange of information and ideas between Clinical Pharmacology Units.

Objectives encompassed within this mission include without limitation:

• To provide the opportunity for individual disciplines involved in clinical pharmacology studies to meet and discuss issues common to their practices.
  
• To facilitate the formation of scientific, technical and methodological foundations for the state-of-the-art drug evaluations.
  
• To promote the establishment of voluntary minimum standards of practice and guidelines for clinical pharmacology units.
  
• To foster the continuing education of its membership through the provision of appropriate educational opportunities.
  

This organization is not a forum to promote individual and/or commercial interests.
