St. Louis Track Club - 2010 Annual Membership

The St. Louis Track Club is a not-for profit organization established in 1970 to promote and encourage running as a sport and a healthful exercise and to educate the community to the beneficial value of a physical fitness program.

• The St. Louis Track Club offers support to runners and walkers regardless of ability through training programs and informal advice from veteran members.
  


• You will receive the St. Louis Track Club magazine 'Track Time News" - Articles, Photos, Race Results, Medical Advice, Calendar of Events - published monthly.
  


• St. Louis Track Club members pay a reduced rate at the Frostbite Series, Road Series, Track Series, St. Louis Half- Marathon, Cross-Country Kick-Off, Marathon Relay and other SLTC events.
  


• Membership supports numerous local youth and health-oriented programs including honoring an All-Metro High School Cross Country Team at the annual St. Louis Track Club Awards Banquet.
  

The membership is comprised of more than 1000 family memberships, men, women, children of all ages and running abilities.

Runs administered by the SLTC cover distances from 100 meters on the track to the annual St. Louis Half-Marathon. The SLTC provides a 24-hour race information phone line, 314-781-3726 to inform the running community of upcoming weekly events.

SLTC provides over 100 events per year, conducted by club members. Each member is asked to work on at least one SLTC event per year.

Bi-monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday at the Visitors Center - Forest Park and are open to members, friends, and the public. SLTC running gear is available for purchase at the SLTC Office - weekdays 8 AM to 12 noon.
