Race Details:
Impossible Possibilities will host its 2nd Annual St. Patrick's Day-5K Festival at Trinity Park located at 2401 University Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, on Saturday, March 13, 2010.
The five-hour celebration features a 5K run and family walk, kids' race, awards ceremony, live music, sponsor expo, food and beverages.
The 5K Festival raises funds for the organization's programs and initiatives.
The course will start and finish at the Trinity Park Trails.
Event Day Schedule:
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Kids' 1-Mile Race Registration
11:30 AM to 1:30 PM: 5K Race/Family Walk Registration
1:30 PM to 2:00 PM: Kids' Race
1:40 PM to 1:50 PM: Sponsor Announcements
1:50 PM to 1:55 PM: Invocation
1:55 PM to 2:00 PM: National Anthem
2:00 PM to 3:25 PM: 5K Race/Family Walk
3:30 PM to 4:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
Kid Zone and Sponsor Expo open from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
Rob Baird will perform at 12:15 PM, followed by the Jesse Jennings Band at 2:00 PM, and the final performance by the Jeff Allen Band at 4:00 PM. Please visit www.impossiblepossibilities.org for additional band information and links to their respective websites.
