About the Event |
The Benton-Franklin Chapter of the American Red Cross is hosting its Sixth Annual Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning.
This event featuring a 1 mile fun run/walk and a 5K run will be held in Kennewick's beautiful Columbia Park. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. near the stage with opening ceremonies at 8:15 a.m. and the race at 8:45 a.m.
In addition to the 1 mile and 5K run, festivities will include an activity are area just for kids with a bounce house, Big Top the Clown, and McDonalds "goody bags" for kids eight and under. Free hot and cold beverages will also be available for participants and a variety of prizes and awards will be given.

Race Packet Pick-up Starts Nov. 23 at the Red Cross in Kennewick!
Packets will be filed under each participants last name.

Proceeds |
Proceeds from the event will be used to help others who may be victims of a house fire, flood or other disaster, those needing emergency communications with a loved one in the military, or toward disaster and safety education to help keep our families and community safe.
