The 10-Mile course starts in downtown Des Moines and winds through the near northwest neighborhoods.
The 5K course will be run in the downtown area.

There is no fee for the Pursuit Junior Race, however registration is required.
Strider discounts do not apply to registrations at packet pickup or on
