Harvest Hammer Run and Duathlon

Duathlon: 5k run and 21 mile bike for ages 14 and over
5k Run/Walk: For all ages
Wee Run: 1/3 mile for pre-K - 2nd graders
Fun Run: 1/2 mile for 3rd - 5th graders
Challenge Run: 1 mile for 5th - 8th graders

Schedule:
7:30-8:45 AM: Race day registration (add $2 to pre-registration fees)
8:15 AM: Wee run start
8:30 AM: Fun Run and Challenge Run start
9:00 AM: 5k walk and duathlon start

~ Join us downtown after the race for Morrison's Annual Paint the Town and Rotary Baggo Tournament.
~ Race results will be posted at www.harvesthammer.org.
~ There are no refunds and the race is held rain or shine!

Divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

~ Trophies or medallions to top 3 in 5K.
~ Age division winners receive medallions three deep. Only one medal/trophy per person.
~ Ribbons to all Wee Run and Fun Run participants.
~ First overall male and female in each division receive awards in the Challenge Run.

Trophies or medallions to top 3 in male duathlon, and female duathlon, male team duathlon, female team duathlon, and co-ed teams.

Please Note:
No Dual Entries/Duathletes are not eligible for 5k awards.

~ Long sleeved shirts guaranteed to the first 500 entrants.
~ Excellent parking available.
~ One bike will be given away for each kids event.
~ Must be present to win!

Morrison is located in Northwestern Illinois on Hwy. 30, approximately 13 miles west of Sterling-Rock Falls, (marked by Hwy 30-Clinton, IA). To get to the High School, turn South at Junction 78-Cherry Street stoplight. Take Route 78 to South edge of Morrison. Turn right on Academic Drive, to parking at Southside School. The high school is located west of Southside School.

Proceeds benefit Morrison Rotary Local Youth, Education, Community and International Programs.
