About the Course |
The 5K cross country run/walk challenges runners with dirt roads, open fields, grassy paths, wooded trails, animal areas and possible water crossings.
The Children's Fun Run will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, after the 5K Run/Walk. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 4-7 years old will run 1/4 mile through Merrill Woods. Children 8 years and older will run 1/2 mile through Merrill Woods & Helige Trail.
All participants will receive a special award and t-shirt.

-Overall female and male finishers ( trophy is an elk antler )
-Top (3) female and male finishers in each age division
Children's Fun Run
All children who participate in the race will receive a ribbon.

Post-Race Breakfast |
All race participants and volunteers are invited to a post-race breakfast sponsored by Heart of America Restaurants & Inns.
Awards will be announced at this time. Fruit and water will be available at the finish line.
