Ages 6, 7 and 8:
Swim 50 yards - Bike 3.17 miles - Run 1/4 Mile
Ages 9, 10, and 11:
Swim 100 yards - Bike 3.17 miles - Run 1/2 Mile
Ages 12, 13 and 14:
Swim 200 yards - Bike 5.4 miles - Run 1 Mile

USAT Guidelines: Your race age is the age you are on December 31, 2009
Example: If you are 10 and your birthday is October 1st your race age is 11.
~ USAT Membership is required for this event.
~ If you are not a current member, you will be able to purchase a 1-year youth membership ($5) during the registration process.

Saturday, June 13th, 2009, (race day) from 7:00 - 8:00 AM
Important Note: Please make every effort to pick up your packet on Friday night.

Orientation Meeting |
Mandatory Orientation Meeting:
All participants MUST attend a pre-race orientation with a parent or guardian. These will be held at 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM Friday (at Packet Pick Up) and 8:30 AM on race morning.
