Benefit |
Bret Neylon is the varsity cross country and track coach, teacher and friend to many in the Brownsburg community. Race to Recovery 5k began in 2006 after Bret was involved in a very serious cycling accident on June 17, 2006, which resulted in a C4 vertebrae fracture.
John Wassen has been a carpenter and beloved member of the Brownsburg community. He sustained a C5 spinal cord injury after a fall from the second story of a house on August19, 2007.
This year's event will raise money for both Bret Neylon and John Wassen to assist with spinal cord rehabilitation and continuing medical costs.
