Lynnwood Hi! 5 Community Run

10k Run: USATF certified course through commercial and residential neighborhoods. Runners only.

5k Run: USATF certified course encircling Lynnwood's city center commercial area. Runners only.

Kid's Dash: For children 10 and under. Ribbons for finishers.

All events begin and finish at Alderwood Mall.

Outstanding rewards await the first place male and female finishers in both the 10k and 5k runs. Prizes will also be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Medallions will be awarded to the top three male and female participants in both the 10k and 5k runs in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

All pain run participants have a chance to win some fabulous prizes, such as time shares and gift certificates. Must be present to win.

Results: Run results will be posted online at ProMotionEvents.com.

Clothing Drop: A clothing drop in the assembly area is available for run participants.

Water Stations: Water stations on the course as well as a water/aid station located in the assembly area.

Refreshments: An assortment of refreshments are available to participants as they finish their events.

7:30 AM: Registration opens, packet pick-up (includes shirt and bib number)
8:45 AM: Kid's Dash (no registration required)
9:00 AM: 10k and 5k
10:30 AM: Awards ceremony

Sound Sports (Downtown Seattle)
