Our club has offered people in our community the principles of good government and good citizenship. We take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social, and moral welfare of the community. We serve our community without personal financial reward. We encourage efficiency and promote high ethical stands in commerce, industry, professions, public works and private endeavors.

Southside Lions Club service activities are: Lions Eye Recycle Center, support the Texas Lions Camp, Scholarships, Thanksgiving baskets giveaway for needy families. Club also supports many events throughout the year within the community.
