Event Details - NOW VIRTUAL

The run will now be virtual and can be done between May 9 and May 25.

  • The deadline to receive a t-shirt is May 1, 2020. The event shirts will be mailed out after June 1, 2020.

  • We would like people to still complete it in Yellow River, any Iowa Park, or just wherever.

  • For those running in Yellow River, we will be sending a free gift with t-shirt. The 5K and 10K routes will be marked with a colorful ribbon.

  • Please send us a fun picture of yourself after you complete with maybe a picture of where you did it. There will be a selfie station by the firetower at Yellow River.

  • In the event that a shelter in place order is in place, the deadline to complete the trails may be extended (watch this page and the website for updates).

  • Although trails at Iowa parks and forests remain open at this time, restrooms are not available in many locations. Please plan accordingly and check the Iowa DNR website for current closures.
