5K, 10K & 1 Mile events |
The 10K Run will start at 8:00 AM. The 5K Run/Walk will start at 8:05 AM. The 1 Mile Run/Walk will start at 8:10 AM.
***A small portion of 10K will be on gravel.
All races have the same start and finish line on S. Greene St.

KIDS FUN RUN!
Location: Elementary Track (by elem. playground)
(intended for kids age 8 & under)
Age Groups:
3-4 yr. old (1 lap)
5-6 yr. old (1 lap)
7-8 yr. old (2 laps)
Start Time: 9 am
The Kids Fun Run is FREE
No timing, JUST FOR FUN

Registration & Packet Pickup |
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION ALLOWED for the 5K, 10K or 1 mile events to allow for less packet pick up congestion.
Registration for the 10K, 5K and 1 mile events ends at 7:00 pm sharp on Friday, June 14.
Packet Pick-up for all races begins at 6:30 am on June 15th at the Central Lyon High School, 1010 S Greene St, Rock Rapids, IA. There is no early packet pick up prior to 6:30 AM on race day.

Course |
The 10K course starts at 8:00 AM. **A small portion of 10K will be on gravel.
The 5K course starts at 8:05 AM.
The 1 Mile course starts at 8:10 AM.
All races start in the same location on S. Greene St.
Water stations will be available.
All races have the same finish line on S. Greene St.
All races will be electronically timed using disposable bib chip timing provided by Precision Race Results LLC, Omaha, NE.
Showers & restrooms available at the High School before and after the race.
Mile marker signs will be posted on the course.

All participants in the 10K, 5K and 1 mile events will receive a t-shirt.
T-shirt sizes available:
Adult T-Shirt Size: S, M, L, XL, XXL (+$2)
Youth T-Shirt Size: XS, S, M, L, XL
T-shirt is not guaranteed after June 8th.

Awards |
Awards ceremony following the races.
The top male and female finisher of each race will receive a plaque & a Chamber gift certificate.
Medals awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for each race.

A wide variety of refreshments will be available after the race, and DJ music throughout the event!
