Registration Deadline is Sunday, January 29 to receive a shirt. Registrations will be accepted up to and including race day.

500 meter swim, 12 miles bike and a 5K run (3.1 miles) using our indoor pool, upstairs track and cycling bikes.

Start times:
6:30 am First Heat
7:15 am Second Heat
8:00 am Third Heat

Please arrive 30 minutes before the First Heat. Your assigned Heat will be posted the Thursday prior to event (February 9) at www.giymca.org. Twelve (12) individuals/teams will compete per heat.

Space is limited to 24 individuals and 12 teams.

Team Awards:
Award Ceremony follow the conclusion of the 3rd Heat. Medals will be given to 1st place in each combined age group, and overall team.

Categories: 75 and lower, 76-100, 101-125, 126-145, 146-164 and 165 and above (combined ages).

Results: Scores are measured by the combined teams time.

Individual: 19 & UNDER, 20 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+. Medals will be given to 1st place and overall male and female.
