Join us in supporting all who are affected by Alzheimer's disease. Race proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association in an effort to help END ALZHEIMER'S!

5K will begin promptly at 8:30 AM and the 1-Mile will begin at 8:45 AM

Refreshments will be provided following the completion of each race

Both races will begin and end behind the main building on the Friendship Village campus (600 Park Lane, Waterloo, IA 50702). Signs will be posted to direct participants to the starting line!

Those participating in the 5k race are welcome to run, jog, roll, walk, bike, roller blade,
etc. through the course but are asked to be cautious and aware of the seniors participating in the 1-Mile race

Packets and T-shirts can be picked up on Friday, August 26th, from 4-6 PM and on the
day of the event from 7:30-8:15 AM at Friendship Village (600 Park Lane, Waterloo)

T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for entries received after 8/20/2016
