Fort4Fitness is offering a Training Class designed to help everyone from the beginner to those more advanced improve their strength and fitness. Use the class to train for the Fall Festival on October 1, 2016 and receive a discount! The group will progress over a training period of 8 weeks, meeting twice weekly and provide all the information and training advice you need along with motivation in the form of group training. Training will be provided by Shelby Knepper-Seidel, AFFA Certified Personal Trainer. Shelby is also a Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance and Licensed in Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Kids

Classes are held at the ASH Centre - 1701 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, IN.

Classes will meet twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 8 weeks.

Classes include pre and post training assessments that will take place on the first and last class of the 8 week session.

Class options are:
6:00 pm
7:00 pm

Each class is limited to 25 people.

Receive a $10 discount if you are registered for a 2016 event. Note: You will need to enter your transaction number when you register for the training class in order to receive the reduced price.

The class is intended for adults only and registrants must be 18 or older to participate.
