Event Details |
August 13, 2016 will be a day of fitness and fun for running enthusiasts and entire families. At 8:00 AM enjoy the 7th Annual Galloping Gertie Half Marathon, a chip-timed half marathon offering spectacular views across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and back and recognition to top finishers.
Not quite ready for a half marathon? Try the new 10k run instead. (The 5k and 10k do not cross the bridge). Everyone else can enjoy a leisurely 5K Fun Run/Walk that starts at 8:15 AM.
Parking on the day of the event will be across the street from the Uptown Shopping Center at Harbor Plaza. Traffic control volunteers will be on hand to direct.
Check-in on Saturday August 13th begins at 6:30 AM at the Galaxy Theater lobby in the Uptown Shopping Center.

Packet Pickup & Late Registration |
Pre-race packet pickup and late registration is Friday August 12th from 12:00 PM noon to 6:00 PM at Pizzeria Fondi in the Uptown Shopping Center.
