Placement medals will be given to all top 3 finishers in each age bracket as well as ribbons to all Fun Run participants. Everyone is encouraged to dress up like a Turkey and a prize will be awarded to the best dressed turkey! Also, great prizes for the top 3 pledge collectors during a school assembly!

Short sleeve t-shirts are guaranteed to all runners/walkers who sign up by Nov. 10, and are available to late registrants & race day entrants while supplies last. Plenty of post-race refreshments available for all participants, as well as goodie bags with coupons. Turkey Trot spirit sticks will be given to all students who participate.

Packet pick up will be at Academy Sports, 4920 N. Garland Ave., Garland TX 75040 on Nov. 24 from 4-7 pm.

Everyone is invited to play in the bounce houses, while you enjoy a raffle with some great prizes. $1.00 a ticket will give you a chance to win gift certificates to local stores and restaurants. Be sure to stick around for the fun!

You will be rewarded on this 5K with a flat and scenic course through two beautiful neighborhoods. The start and finish line will be at the elementary school.

5k -starting at Watkins Elementary- running down Elm, turn right on Havenbrook Dr, Left on Shadybrook Dr, Right on Forest Brook Way, Left on Brookridge Dr, Left on Shadybrook, Right on Southbrook Dr, left back down Elm towards the school and then right on Timber Falls, Left on Cedar Point, Left on Doves Landing, Left on Braddock Way, Right on Timber Falls and Right on Elm.
