The Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) is a national 501(c)3 charity dedicated to organizing and guiding communities in raising funds for transplant-related expenses. In the Rogue Valley, volunteers are raising funds for COTA in honor of transplant patients like Helen. Born on May 8, 2011, Helen was diagnosed with end-stage Renal Disease. The doctors at OHSU in Portland, OR, have recommended a life- saving kidney transplant. With the cost of a transplant often exceeding $500,000, many transplant families are unable to shoulder the financial burden of such a procedure. All proceeds will go directly to COTA. Preregistration includes race shirt for all those registered on or be before 12 noon on September 2, 2015. Registration after noon on September 2 includes race shirt while supplies last. Race day registration begins at 7 am! T-shirts may be available for purchase on race day for day of registrants. Event will happen rain or shine!

Pick up your race t-shirts and bibs at Sports Authority in the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford on September 11 from 5-7 pm..
