Start Time:
Race begins at 9:00 AM

Course Description:
The rolling hills of Wapsipinicon State Park in Anamosa are crossed and connected by a series of well-maintained trails. The majority of the 6-kilometer course (3.73 miles) will traverse these grass and dirt trails, while also utilizing paved park-access roads when necessary. Runners may encounter natural obstacles such as downed-trees, creek crossings and muddy slopes throughout the course.

Draw string back pack and visor:
A Wapsi Wilderness Wipeout draw string bag and visor are included in the entry fee. Sports Towels will be available for purchase. You just may need a towel to dry off by the end of the race.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the top male and female overall, and the top male and female in the following categories: 19 and under 20-29 30-39 40-49 50+

Cash will be given to the top male & female overall as well as the top team overall. Awards will also be given to the top male and female in the following categories: same as last year.

Proceeds:
Race proceeds will be donated to the Wapsipinicon State Park.The Wapsi Wilderness Wipeout is organized by Ignite Jones County. Ignite is a Young Professional's group in Jones County that strives to better our community, businesses, schools and selves through Connecting, Learning and Living.
