Please note start location at the Activity Center!!!

The 5K, 10K run/5K competitive walk course starts at Shadyside Park Activity Center (837 Alexandria Park, Anderson IN). The course will follow paved trails around the lake and along the White River.

6:30- 7:45 a.m. at Activity Center

5K &10K Run
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female runners. Age group awards will be presented to the top three runners in each category or as determined by participant numbers. Participants signed up for either the 5K or 10 K run may walk, run, or do a combination of walking and running during the race.

Divisions
10 & Under, 11-12, 13 -14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85& Over, Men's Heavyweight 200Lbs +

Walkers
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female walkers and the top three male and female walkers in each age group: 29 & under, 30-34, 35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over. Participants signed up as Walkers may not run at any time during the race.

Try out our Thursday night Club walk at 5:30 or run at 5:00 starting at the Activity Center.

This is a RRCA sanctioned race. In accordance with RRCA guidelines participation by a runner pushing a baby stroller or baby jogger is not permitted. Similarly, participation by a runner wearing headphones or accompanied by a dog or or other pet will not be allowed. Roller skates or blades and bicycles are not allowed on the course during the event.
