About the Event |
The Eskenazi Health Stride is a 5 mile run (competitive) and a 5k Run/Walk (non-competitive). This event supports community health through awareness and education, emphasizing the importance of exercise, wellness and healthy lifestyles to reduce chronic illnesses that affect so many in Indianapolis.
Events begin and end at the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital. Participants in the event will experience The Commonground at Eskenazi Health, traversing city streets into the heart of downtown before heading back along New York St. through the IUPUI campus and White River Trail. Both the 5 Mile and the 5K will begin together at 8:15AM.

Parking |
Free parking is available at the Eskenazi Health Parking Garage. Please enter the garage from Eskenazi Ave. Please access Eskenazi Ave from 10th Street. Eskenazi Ave will be blocked if you use Michigan street side.

Packet Pick-Up |
You may pick up your packet on race morning at 720 Eskenazi Avenue from 6:30 AM-8:00AM. You may also register at this time. Race day registration fee is $30.00 - shirt size and availability not guaranteed to those signing up on race day.

5 Mile Awards |
The top overall man and women will be awarded separate awards. The top two men and women in each age group will also be awarded. Awards will begin at 9:30AM
