The 24th Annual Shamrock Run & Walk is the official race of the St. Patrick's Day Parade and it is hosted by the Indy Sports Foundation. The St. Patrick's Day Celebration events are the Foundation's largest fundraiser of the year. The Foundation provides grant assistance to amateur sports organizations in Central Indiana.

Packet Pick-Up will take place on Friday, March 13 from 11:00AM- 2:00PM at the Indiana Historical Society.

If you are unable to pick up your packet on Friday, you may do so on race morning (March 14) from 8:00AM-9:30AM on Monument Circle. If you miss online registration you may register onsite at packet pick-up or on race day for $30.00.

All pre-registered participants will receive a long sleeve cotton blend shirt at packet pick-up or on race day. Race day shirts are not guaranteed for those who do not pre-register.

4 mile run and walk. Start and finish located on Monument Circle. The race goes to the "Irish Hill" neighborhood in Fountain Square.

Packet Pick-Up: free parking will be available on Friday to those participants picking up their packets. You may park in the Indiana Historical Society lot off of New York Street.

Race Day: we are suggesting that you utilize the Circle Centre Mall parking garages (see map) for parking for the Shamrock Run & Walk. Due to changes in the city parking rates, parking at metered parking is no longer free on Saturdays. You will not be allowed to park on the race course.

The top three male and female finishers will be awarded with a trophy. The trophy is a replicate of the larger trophy that displays the overall 1st place male and female finisher each year. This trophy is displayed inside the Columbia Club. The top male and female will have their name and time displayed on the trophy at the Club.

Q. Are Strollers Allowed in the Shamrock Run & Walk?
A. Yes, strollers are allowed in both.

Q. If I am unable to pickup my race packet, can a friend or family member do so?
A. Yes.

Q. Are animals allowed?
A. Animals are prohibited from race course, finish, and starting line area unless a licensed assistance animal

Q. When does online registration close?
A. Online registration will close on Wednesday, March 11 at 11:59PM

Q. Can I still register at packet pick up or on race day?
A. Yes, registration will increase to $30.00 each if you sign up at packet pick-up or on race day

Q. Do we need to register our children?
A. All children 12 and under are free. However, you must sign a release waiver for your child at packet pick-up in order for them to participate. Your child will not receive a shirt unless it is purchased separately.
