Registration Fee |
The registration fee for the GOTR program is, per girl, and for the twice per week, ten week program. This entry fee covers the full cost of one child's participation which includes:
- 20 lessons conducted by two to four certified GOTR coaches
- A practice T-shirt and an official GOTR event T-shirt
- Snacks provided at each session

Mission |
Girls on the RunŽ is a non-profit after school program for 3rd to 8th graders to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Our curricula address all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
The Basics |
- Weekly sessions meet twice a week
- Sessions start the week of September 10th
- Each session meets for an hour and a half immediately after school
- GOTR program t-shirt & 5K t-shirt
Sessions include:
- Warm-up focusing activity on day's topic
- Stretching with time for topic Q&A
- Workout period utilizing game or team goal
- Cool down and wrap-up of topic
