The Lakewood Valley Triathlon to benefit the Owensboro Family YMCA is
in its fifth year...and we want you to be a part of a fun, festive and
entertaining triathlon!
Whether your first or your 101st triathlon, this sprint distance event
features a private course on groomed grounds in the Lakewood Valley
development in Whitesville, KY just a short 12-mile drive from Owensboro, KY.

About the Course |
A private lake hosts the swim start at 8:30 a.m. CST, followed by a challenging and entertaining 15-mile bike course with several rolling hills.
Concluding the course is one of the most beautiful 3-mile runs you'll find in the entire Midwest...wrapping around a private lake and through a wooded, scenic venue.

Bikes Must be Racked & in Transition Area; Body Marking, bring an ANSI approved Bike Helmet with you to Body Marking. For safety, you
must have an ANSI approved helmet to race.
