Come join Carnation's celebration on July 4th! This course will take you through the streets of Carnation then jump onto the Snoqualmie Trail, loop into the new Tolt- MacDonald Park trail system, then finish off running along the parade route on Tolt Ave. This is a competitive flat and very fast USATF-certified course, along the Snoqualmie valley. We've also made this a family friendly event, bring your stroller, dog, and grandparents to bring up the rear! Make it a fun morning run/walk to kick off your holiday. Be sure to stick around to join us for our 4th of July Celebration!

Proceeds from the Run for the Pies benefit the Carnation 4th of July Celebration.

Todd Wingerson was paralyzed in a swimming accident over Memorial Day. He and wife Kristin are active members of the local community, through sports, non-profit groups, schools and more. Their two children are honor students in Riverview schools. Todd works in construction and was a former college athlete. Doctors have said he will not walk again. Todd and family have an amazing positive attitude, and truly every day is a gift. He has many months of treatments and therapies ahead, as well as big changes in adapting to his new reality. Support from family, friends, community and really everyone who hears his story has so touched the family.
