Hero Run 10K and 5K

6:30 AM: race day registration and packet pickup
8:00 AM: 1 mile race start
8:00 AM: 5K/10K start
10:00 AM: awards

Race day registration will be $40 for the 5k, $45 for the 10k, and $15 for the 1 mile.

Overall and Master male and female finishers

5K age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

10K age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Chip timing is required to be eligible for awards. No duplicate awards given.

The proposed race will be to raise funds for Mesquite Parks and Recreation Therapeutic and Adaptive Recreation Programs. The funds will be used to help fund our Adaptive athletic teams and initiate new adaptive/therapeutic recreation programs and scholarships. So come dressed as your favorite superhero and help us save the day for our special needs community!
