About the Event |
Walk or run through some of the historical areas of Longview beginning at the Historic Longview Farmers Market. The market occupies the former site of The Kelly Plow Company, a family business that supplied plow tools to 5 generations of Texas farmers for over 100 years. Bring your children in their strollers and your dogs on leashes in support of the Historic Longview Farmers Market and other projects of Preservation Longview. Run or Walk then stay to enjoy the wonderful selections at the market.

Packets can be picked up at The Historic Longview Farmers Market on Saturday, September 20h from 8am until 12pm or on race day at the registration/check-in table.

Special Note |
Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed to participate on the 5K route and only at a walk pace. Participants pushing or pulling strollers or wagons must start at the back of the field. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed. This rule is an RRCA regulation.
