2011 Strides for Strong Kids
5K & 1-mi Fun Run

Saturday, April 16, 2011
Start times: 5K - 10:00 a.m. / 1 Mile - 9:00 a.m.

The Owasso Family YMCA will be hosting its Inaugural Strides for Strong Kids 5K Run.
This event will support the YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign.

5 K Run
Early Registration (before April 12, 2011):
* Family of 4 = $72 ($10 each additional family member)
* Individual = $22
Late Registration (as of April 12, 2011):
* Family of 4 = $85 ($10 each additional family member)
* Individual = $25

First 100 5K registrations will receive a Strides for Strong Kids Run shirt!

1 Mile Fun Run / Walk
$10 per person

Awards will be given to top 3 finishers of the 5K in the following age categories for men and women: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-44, 45-59, and 60+

* Race Day Registration is from 7:00am - 9:30am in the YMCA lobby
* Pets on a leash, strollers and all ages are welcome only in the Fun Run
* Parents, please be responsible for the safety of your participating children and pets
* Parking is available in the YMCA parking lot as well as the Rayola Park lot and the lot at 6th & Dogwood
* Packets including course map, goodies, number and shirt can be picked up at the YMCA starting on 4/14/11
* Standard Registration Forms may be found and printed at www.ymcatulsa.org
* The 5K course will be chip timed by DG Road Racing
