Race morning packet pick up starts at 7:00 AM
5K at 8:00 AM
1 Mile Fun Run/Health Walk at 9:00 AM
The course is an "out-and-back" route along the Cedar River on the Cedar Valley Trail system between 11th Street and Evansdale.
Strollers welcome, but no skates, bikes, or pets, please.
Parking and festivities in the parking lot of Sponsor, Edo's Sports Bar.

Awards |
Fun Run participants will each receive a ribbon! Awards to overall male and female 5K finishers.

Volunteers |
VOLUNTEERS are needed from 7:00AM to 10:30AM the day of the race. If you are interested in volunteering during the event, please contact Clinic5K@peoples-clinic.com prior to September 7th.

All proceeds go to Peoples Clinic's homeless outreach program.
