From the Wellness Committee: We are excited to host our 7th annual "Kickin' It Up For Health" 5K run/walk! MCHCS strives to be an active part of our community by promoting family, health, fitness and overall well being.

- Race starts at 8:00 A.M. SHARP (immediately following the kid's dash)
- Location: MCHCS 300 Hutchings Street, Winterset, Iowa
- Registration: mail form or go to: www.fitnesssports.com or www.GetMeRegistered.com
- Race day registration will be held between 7:15 and 7:45
- Please register early!! Event shirt and sizes are NOT guaranteed on race day.

Age divisions for run/walk are as follows: |
14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards: Results will be tabulated immediately following the race with awards to follow.
Overall male and female RUNNERS and 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for each division will be recognized with a medal. WALKERS will be recognized with a medal in the same age division.
