About the Event |
Join us on Saturday May 9th at the White River State Park for Center For
Global Impact's 4th annual Empower 5K. Meet on the Indiana State Museum
Lawn at 8:30 am to participate in Zumba and Yoga classes to get warmed up
for the run! The run will begin at 9:30 am. Don't forget to dress as your
favorite superhero! There will be a prize for the best dressed superhero!
Center for Global Impact works in Cambodia to provide a pathway out of
poverty through education, vocational training, and business development.
Many of those we serve in Cambodia are victims of, or vulnerable to, human
trafficking. All funds raised at the Empower 5K will assist CGI in
continuing our work of empowering the poor, protecting the vulnerable, and
ultimately sharing the gospel!
