Course Information |
This is a 2 person, 1 bike course that covers 5 miles. The course is a mixture of running and biking in which one team member will run while the other bikes. There will be 3 mandatory bike stops at which the team members will have to complete a physical tasks which may include calestetics, obstacle course,balance, and coordination movements. The final obstacle team members will have to complete togehter before running to the finish line. Pancake breakfast and T-shirts are included in the price. All participants are encourged to stay around for the Loveland Frog festival which starts immedietly after the race at Nisbet Park.
