Have you wanted to participate in a triathlon, but have yet to take the plunge? This event is for you!

10 minute swim in a heated pool
30 minute ride on a spin bike
20 minute run on a treadmill

Winners will be decided by total distance covered in all three events. Swim and run times will be weighted.
The first waves each day will begin at 7:00 am (5:00 pm on Friday) with additional waves beginning every 35 minutes.
All athletes must check in 30 minutes prior to their assigned start time.

We will attempt to accommodate all requests for wave times, but requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. All wave requests should be submitted with race registration, or by email. Final wave assignments will be posted on January 18, after which no changes will be made.

Awards will be given to the top three (3) individual male and female overall finishers, top three (3) age group finishers and the top three teams. Age groups: M/F 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Door prizes from our sponsors will be awarded.

Register online at GetMeRegistered.com. Entry fees include an event shirt, door prizes, and participation in the after event party. Registration closes January 17, 2013. There will be no refunds of registration fees.
This race is capped at 126 individual entrants (63 participants each on Saturday & Sunday, 35 teams on Friday).

All race proceeds will be donated to The Ronald McDonald House and the Shelter House of Iowa City.
You also have the opportunity to make a financial contribution in addition to your registration fee. Please indicate on your entry form any additional amount you wish to donate. We thank you for your support!
